YOUR PHOTOS A week doesn’t go by without dozens of photos submitted to us by readers.

But the limited space in our printed edition allows us only to publish a few of your photos each week.columbus statueThat's not the case on our Web site.

Each month we're taking the photos you submit to the Kenosha News Your Photos feature and we're putting them online for the world to see in a slideshow format.

You'll see scenes taken during readers' travels across the globe and scenes of Kenosha County. Sunrises and sunsets. Birds and butterflies. And lots more.

SMARTER KENOSHAN Help us become Smarter Kenoshans

It might not surprise you to hear that Kenosha News reporters think they know a lot, but we're also smart enough to realize that we don't know everything.

For the past few weeks, we've been asking readers to submit questions that would test our research and information-gathering skills. Unfortunately, most of the questions we received dealt with personal situations, which isn't exactly what we had in mind.

Not that we don't want to help--we do. But we're more interested in addressing broader topics that many of our readers would find helpful, and thus would like to tap the expertise of area residents.

Instead of sending us your questions, we're asking that you submit your solutions. We're sure many readers have found or devised ways to cope with the increasing complexities of daily life . . . ways to make tasks easier, quicker, simpler. It could be a workplace idea, or it might involve something around the house. It could involve transportation or communications. It could be . . . well, anything that someone might find useful.

Do you have an idea to share? Is there some process you've discovered that you're eager to tell others about? Could you help make us all Smarter Kenoshans?

Feel free to send us any ideas that will benefit others and we'll feature them in newspaper stories, as well as video segments for our online newscast, Weekday Report.

Add your answer here.
