The reason they didn't change anything is because they did not have a filibuster poof congress either. And the reason most Americans do not want the plan in its present state to pass, is because it is BAD legislation. If the Democrats would have presented a reasonable plan (where you don't have to illegally bribe senators from your own party to pass it), some Republicans would have supported it. Americans, do not like obamacare being shoved down our throats by radical pelosi and her buddies. I support several initiatives in it, but I wouldn't vote for it as is. Nobody should.

The current hidden agenda of this so claimed HCR Bill is not about "Fixing", it is about taking over, it is about taking control! It is also from what little is known for absolute, very costly! We have the best Health Care in the World, yes there are area's to be addressed, but not in the manner these crooks are trying to pass! One of the most portrayed flaws is the precondition issue! So fix that on it's own merit! Aboration is an idividual choice, it should be paid for by that individual, period!Not by the masses who see it as a Sin!

I have to say that I agree with antibho for the most part. Why dont we study how community healthcare is being run in other countries for a couple of years honestly and then take the good from that and apply it.
