In Gary Hagen’s letter about smoking at wedding receptions and banquet halls, he left the restaurants and bars that created special areas for smoking guests at a cost of thousands of dollars. What will happen to them? Not-for-profit clubs will have to go private, and only members of the club will be allowed in the club halls and bars. You are exactly putting them out of business to the public to use their halls. Smoking should still be allowed in these special areas in the clubs to smoke without having to go outside to have a smoke. Mr. Hagen, how would you feel that you are the one who put 99 percent of not-for-profit clubs out of helping the citizens of Kenosha that need their help in some way?
We need these not-for-profit clubs, so there should be a special area in these clubs, restaurants, banquet halls so those who smoke can without having to go outside.
