Congratulations Armitage Academy students for putting on an amazing performance of “School House Rock Live.” This show brought back so many memories for me and my days of watching Saturday morning TV. How I wish that more educational shows would be presented to our children instead of the pointless nonsense that they are exposed to today. Wouldn’t it be great to hear your child sing, “I’m just a bill, yes I’m only a bill and I’m sitting here on Capital Hill,” or how about your child actually knowing the preamble to the Constitution? This is when television was actually safe for your child to watch. It was a joy to see children having fun while they were learning. Thank you Armitage Academy for the positive impact that you are having on my child. You truly make a difference.
