Your bowl game picking prowess could win you prizes
Your proficiency at picking college football bowl winners could win you prizes!
The Kenosha News is giving you a chance to pick the winners of 28 college football games in our online “U Pick Em: Final Exam” contest.
In the spirit of our annual Football Poll, the entrant who gets the most games correct will win the grand prize of restaurant certificates and Kenosha News apparel. The score of the Wisconsin-Miami game in the Dec. 29 Champs Sports Bowl will be used to break any ties.
Entering the contest is easy. Just log on to kenoshanews. com and click on the “U Pick Em” logo on the contest page or visit the sports section at kenoshanews.com. After registering, start picking by clicking on the box next to the team you think will win. The link is live and ready for picking.
Our contest allows you to stagger your predictions. While it is still an option, contestants don’t have to make all picks at once.
The deadline to pick each bowl is two hours before kickoff so that affords predictors the option to contemplate the latest information on the game before making a pick.
Employees of United Communications Corporation are not eligible. The champion, will be revealed in the News in January shortly after the Citi BCS National Championship Game between Texas and Alabama at the Rose Bowl.
